When you see “With Love, XoXo Xio,” that is not just a cute sign off. It is my hands, my creative voice, and my promise that what you ordered was made personally, not mass produced.

Because everything is made to order, processing times can vary a little depending on how many pieces I am creating that week. I will always do my best to get your order out quickly, but I will not rush the handmade part. This site is meant to support that rhythm, not add stress. Clear expectations and simple updates help keep your experience smooth, and they help me stay focused on making something you will love.
