All earrings are made to order.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, depending on the complexity of the design. This time allows me to carefully create your earrings and prepare them for shipment.

• Flat-rate shipping: $5.50
• Free shipping on orders over $45
• U.S. orders only — I do not offer international shipping at this time.
• Orders ship via standard ground shipping within the United States.

Local Delivery (Florida only)

• Free local delivery is available within 10 miles of my location
• Applies to orders over $30
• Local delivery cannot be combined with promotional free-shipping codes

I want you to love your order! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility requirements:

• Items must be unworn, unopened, and in original packaging
• No returns accepted after 30 days

Return process:

1. Email me to request a return
2. Please include:
   • Your order number
   • A photo of the earrings
   • A brief explanation of the return request
3. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days
4. If not shipped within 7 days, a new request must be submitted (as long as it’s still within the 30-day window)

Return shipping:

• Florida (local) orders: Free returns — a prepaid label will be provided
• Out-of-state orders: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Polymer clay is durable but still fragile.

Please handle your earrings with care and avoid getting them wet, as moisture can warp the clay.

All earrings are made with hypoallergenic metals and are lightweight and comfortable — even for customers with sensitive ears.
